Yes, you can apply to obtain a motorcycle license at the age of 17. For light vehicles (LMV) you should be aged at least 17 years and 6 months to start training, but you cannot get your license until you are 18 years old (based on RTA regulations).

The Learner's Permit is valid for three months from the date of issue and is renewable. In Case if the student has given Knowledge Test or Road Test then their file will be cancelled after 6 months from the date of last RTA test.
